How do I place an order?
Choose your fragrances and sizes, then review your bag. Add your delivery details or share them in the chat. Open WhatsApp and tap Send. Maison Mits will reply to confirm availability, payment and your order.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is ₹99 for one bottle and free for two or more bottles, including boxes. The delivery charge is included in your bag total.
When will I receive my order?
Orders are dispatched the next day. Estimated delivery is 3–4 days. Confirm the delivery estimate for your PIN code with us on WhatsApp before payment.
How do I pay?
We accept UPI. No payment is collected on this website. Send your order on WhatsApp; Maison Mits will confirm availability and share UPI payment details before you pay.
Returns, cancellations or a damaged delivery?
Returns or exchanges are available within 14 days of delivery. If your order arrives damaged, we’ll arrange replacement delivery. Contact Maison Mits on WhatsApp with your order details to arrange a return, exchange or replacement. For cancellation requests, contact us on WhatsApp.
What happens to my delivery details?
Your bag is saved on this browser so you can return to it. Delivery details are kept only in the current tab and included in the WhatsApp message you choose to open. You can review the message before sending it to Maison Mits.
